Idaho Beef Prices

When you reserve your order, we’ll then follow up with you to discuss delivery options and pricing. You then pay a $50 deposit and you're all set.

Deposits are applied to the final cost and are non-refundable. Prices include delivery to our Seattle, Portland & Spokane delivery area.

Once you reserve your order, we can help you determine the size that fits your needs and budget. We can also discuss your options for cuts and wrapping.

The final cost depends on the hanging weight of the animal.  Hanging weight is the weight of the meat before it is aged and packed. This is different from the weight after packing. Hanging weight is not determined until after the animal is butchered, (prior to the dry-aging process) so all prices are approximate until that time.

 

You will be contacted with the hanging weight before delivery.

Our grass-finished cows are raised on yummy grass in the Spring and Summer when the grass is nutritive, and dried grasses and/or beans (Hay) in the Fall and Winter. For that reason, grass-finished cows are only available between July and September.

 

Our grain-finished cows receive an extra diet of oats, barley, and /or garbanzo beans for a richer flavor.
